Guzzo Extempore does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others and will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information without your consent except (i) as described in this privacy policy, or (ii) as required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Collection of Personal Information:
All of the features on Guzzo Extempore are offered freely, without collecting any personal information from you unless you choose to share it. You are allowed to access Guzzo Extempore and view it’s contents anonymously according to, and in conjunction with, it’s Terms Of Use.

“Personal Information” means personally identifiable information, such as your name, position, company, street address, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, e-mail address and other identifiers that permit physical or online identification of a specific individual.

Collection of Non-personally-identifiable Information by Third Parties:
Guzzo Extempore may collect and store non-personally identifiable information about your visit whenever you interact with this web blog.

For example, I may automatically collect your IP address, domain name (or DNS), means of entry to the site, the type of browser and operating system used to access this Site, the date, time and duration of each visit, and the pages you visit. Guzzo Extempore may record information about how people access it’s RSS feeds, but does not collect any personally identifying information from or about it’s RSS subscribers.

E-mail Subscriptions:
Guzzo Extempore’s feed services collect the e-mail addresses of people who subscribe to it’s RSS feeds via e-mail. Individual information about subscribers to Guzzo Extempore’s feeds is held in strict confidence; I will not release or disclose any specific subscriber information under any circumstances. Aggregated information stripped of any personally identifiable information may be disclosed.

E-mail:
All personal e-mail sent to Guzzo Extempore either through the PharmAZy Services, LLC contact form or directly to me in connection with this site or my services is considered property of PharmAZy Services, LLC, and may be used to communicate with you, share information, or to help prevent spam.

Comments:
Comments submitted at Guzzo Extempore are the sole responsibility of the commenter. I reserve the right to remove or edit comments at my discretion. Site URLs (if provided) are published along with comments. E-mail addresses may be required with the submission of comments but are not disclosed, unless the commenter deliberately does so by entering the e-mail address in the main comment box.
