The Hostage

Posted on | July 18, 2010 | No Comments

In America, the word “thrush” is used to describe a fungal infection located within the mouth. However, in Australia, the word “thrush” is also used to describe a fungal infection located “down under”.

Australians consider thrush to be a serious condition that requires immediate and tactical intervention. They refuse to allow their citizens to be taken hostage by thrush, and even have specific response teams dedicated to it’s eradication.

In this intervention, Patricia has been taken hostage by thrush!

No two hostage situations are alike, and crises like this are more common than you’d think. Luckily, Judy and her T.W.A.T (Thrush Weapons and Tactics) Team are on hand to negotiate Patricia’s successful release from thrush. Thanks to the unwavering dedication of Judy and her team, and the occasional handsome mobile pharmacist – help is never far away.

MTV Australia catches up with Judy to talk about the best way out of this type of hostage situation. Here’s video of them on the scene.
